This hotel was a great find for our family of four. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an extra bed provided. We also appreciated having breakfast included, which saved us both time and money. The location was perfect, just a short walk down a path to the beach and close to many restaurants. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. We were impressed with the attention to detail and basic amenities provided.
All was fine, no complaints.

The hotel had clean rooms with a great standard, serviced daily with fresh towels and water in the fridge. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the beach and situated on a quieter street. The staff at the restaurant were wonderful and the food was good.
The hotel did not provide helpful advice or assistance with tours and day trips, so we had to find our own options. There were also issues with the Wi-Fi and water during our stay, although they were eventually fixed.

Excellent location for our regatta week with some nice, small, friendly bars opposite. Large, spacious rooms with decent balconies.
A temporary situation I am sure but there was constant construction work going on during our stay. Otherwise the place delivers decent accommodation at a fair price.

Great find at Kata Beach. Nice rooms with all the amenities including great AC, a nice big flat screen TV (wish there were more English channels just Fox Movies, Nat. Geo, and sports), free wi-fi, and decent refrigerator. Great locations across from the path to the beach, several restaurants next door (their restaurant is good too), and a mini-mart across the street. Located in between the 2 main areas of Kata containing more restaurants and shops, only a short walk (5 -10 min). The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only down side, and it's probably a downside at a lot of hotels in Kata, are a noisy group of clubs a couple doors down. They tend to get louder after 1am so if you have a room with a balcony that faces the main street or to the right - it's going to be noisy. I ended up being moved to a room overlooking an inner staircase, which was wonderfully peaceful - I didn't miss the balcony at all.

Good location, close to the beach and shopping areas. the staff was friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We also appreciated the free and fast Wi-Fi available in the room.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the bathroom was dirty and outdated, with broken fixtures and moldy tiles.
